About Family Creative

Family Creative started at the kitchen table.

Dad is an extremely extroverted former firefighter turned emergency manager with 20+ years of experience, striving to be more like Ted Lasso each day. Mom is an introverted Leslie Knope by day — a talented artist and voracious fiction reader by night. Our two elementary school daughters are capable, kind, and extroverted. They enjoy Girls on the Run, flag football, and being creative — particularly making stories and visuals. You will be seeing more of their work coming soon.

Every product we make reflects what we teach at home: be curious, be kind, try hard. Our stories, apparel, and tools exist because we wanted something better for our own family — and figured other families might want it too.

We are not a big company. We are a family that creates together, learns together, and grows together. That is the whole point.
