What is Family Creative?

Family Creative is a values-driven lifestyle brand built by a real family. We make apparel, storybooks, and digital tools designed to encourage curiosity, kindness, and trying hard — in kids and adults alike. Everything we create comes back to a simple idea: the best things grow from consistent effort, genuine care, and staying open to learning.

Who are Quinn the Curious and Parker the Prepared?

Quinn the Curious is the heart of our children's storybook series — a gender-neutral character built around the power of asking why and staying open to discovery. Quinn's first book, The Power of Asking Why, is available now on Amazon.

Parker the Prepared is our second character — calm, capable, and ready. Parker's world is about confidence, community, and the quiet strength that comes from practicing before you need it. Parker's motto: "We don't panic. We prepare."

Apparel

What sizes do you carry?

All apparel comes in XS through 3XL.

What are the shirts made of?

We use the Bella Canvas 3001 unisex tee — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Soft, durable, and built to hold up over time.

How long does shipping take?

Our apparel is made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping. Most domestic orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the time you place your order. You'll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for size exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we'll make it right. Email us at hello@familycreative.org with a photo and your order number.

Digital Downloads

How do I receive my digital download?

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase via a secure link sent to your email — no shipping, no waiting. Files arrive in PDF format, ready to print at home or at a local print shop.
